What is your favourite way to spend time with the kids?

Rachel – Playing at the beach with them, watching them create and make up games with each other. I have taught them the skill of making a dribble castle.

Who inspires you?

Rachel – Women who have overcome incredible obstacles in their own lives and turned around and helped others.

What’s for breakfast?

Rachel – Always poached eggs and bacon on a Saturday morning, all of the kids polish off 2 each.

What’s your favourite thing to bake?

Rachel – Chocolate Torte caprese with chocolate ganache and maltesers on top always the birthday cake go to.

What’s your favourite bedtime story?

Rachel – My boys like quirky funny and rude books like Weido by Anh do the comedian or captain underpants. My personal favourite would be the faraway tree by Enid blyton

What is your go to remedy for a tantrum?

Rachel – A big great big cuddle if they are frustrated or annoyed, if it is beyond some chill out time on their bed always works a charm, we talk about big deals and little deals and if it’s worth the drama.

What is your favourite way to spend time with the kids?

Jo – My favourite times when I get to share my past and my passion for horse riding. We regularly visit my parents farm in Narrabri country NSW. It gives such joy and freedom being away from distractions and create great memories spending focused time together interacting with the animals and the environment.

Who inspires you?

Jo – Mum’s in general inspire me – Great mums give so much unconditional love and support to their family while still being able to reach for their own dreams.

What’s for breakfast?

What’s your favourite thing to bake?

Jo – I tend to make not bake, I love to make a healthy raspberry jam with my trusty food processor, out of frozen raspberries, raw honey, vanilla bean and chia seeds, my kids love it and it has beautiful nutrients to feed their growing bodies.

What’s your favourite bedtime story?

Jo – There was an old lady that swallowed a fly – it’s a great chance to tickle them.

What is your go to remedy for a tantrum?

Jo – Red wine for me.
