Ticket Cancellation, Refund, and Returns Policy

Refunds and returns are covered under the policy of the Event Organiser, and do not limit your rights under Australian consumer law:

• All transactions are final. Refunds are only permitted under special circumstances, except as required by law
• Any refunds will be subject to a 20% ticket handling and processing fee.
• No refunds will be available within 72 hours of the course date.
• In the case of an event cancellation or postponement, an alternative date option will be offered to the ticket holder. If the alternative date does not suit, refund requests must be applied for in writing within 14 days of the cancellation or postponement notification.
  
  

 Visitors 16 and under do not require a ticket to enter the baby expo. 

Yes, please!  To participate in the Baby Expo competitions, each attendee needs to be registered individually with their own name.  This ensures everyone has a fair chance to win.

Parking
ICC Sydney offers convenient on-site parking with over 800 spaces, split between our Exhibition Centre and ICC Sydney Theatre. Plus, you'll find additional secure parking options nearby in Darling Harbour, including Wilson Harbourside Car Park and First Parking Darling Square Car Park

By Taxi and Uber
Designated pick-up and drop-off zones are located at the new Iron Wharf Place, next to Harbourside Shopping Centre, and on Zollner Circuit at the southern end of the ICC Sydney Theatre.  Access to both is via Darling Drive.

By Bus
ICC Sydney is easily accessible by bus.  Routes 389 and 501 stop on Harris Street near Allen Street, just a short 10-minute walk away.

By Light Rail
The Light Rail travels right through a number of Darling Harbour stations including ICC Sydney’s stops, Convention Centre and Exhibition Centre. The Light Rail starts at Central Station in the CBD and travels to Dulwich Hill in the inner west.

Please note that only accredited assistance animals are permitted inside the venue of One Fine Baby and Pregnancy Expo. Please make sure your furry friend is wearing their identification badge or medallion.

If your assistance animal needs to relieve itself, just let the customer service team know, and they'll point you to the nearest outdoor area. 

If required, a bowl of water can be provided for your assistance animal upon request – please enquire at the ICC's customer service desks.

We are happy for you to bring your own food and refreshments. We know little ones can be picky eaters or some may have special dietary needs. Of course, there is also a variety of food and drinks available at the cafes and food trucks if you’d prefer to purchase something there.

Feed and change your baby in comfort in the One Fine Baby and Pregnancy Expo’s beautiful parents room. The parents room is equipped with:
