Annie Littlehales is a Holistic Sleep Coach and mum helping parents understand and support their unique child’s sleep with clarity, calm and confidence. She supports parents to feel reassured, knowledgeable and empowered to ditch the stress without sleep training or a ‘wait it out approach’ or any one-size-fits-all ideas.
Emergcare has been saving lives through education since it was first established by paramedics in 1991. We collaborate with Kidsafe Victoria and the Centre of Perinatal Excellence (COPE) to deliver innovative, evidence-based, and engaging first aid education for new and expectant parents across Victoria. Our experienced educators are paramedics and parents themselves who will teach parents how to provide effective CPR and first aid for their child during an emergency, childhood injury prevention strategies, and the skills and resources to support their own mental health and wellbeing throughout early parenthood too.

The PREPARE Foundation's vision is to empower fathers to thrive in their fatherhood journey, creating a positive and lasting impact on their lives, and the lives of their families. The Foundation, through its social enterprise Birthing Dads, upskills dads with online antenatal education to ensure fathers are equipped to support the birth of their babies like super heroes.
