Can I bring my child along?
Yes! You may bring your babies along. Toddlers may be a bit hard to have there as they often become unsettled and we would like you & everyone to be able concentrate with the course.
Let your little ones burn some energy in the soft play zone, and meet our special guest - JJ from CoComelon!
Entertainment will be available all day however, for the CoComelon Meet & Greet times, please refer to this page.
Beyond by BabyLove Parents Room is available at the expo where you can change your baby in comfort - and sample the new Beyond by BabyLove nappies at the same time!
There is a cafe available at the expo offering a range of hot & cold food and drink.
Some of our exhibitors accept card payments; however some do not. We recommend bringing cash with you.

We require every person entering the Expo to have a ticket, regardless of how old they are! Make sure you register everyone for a ticket here

Make sure you pull up your ticket on your phone (via email), and we'll scan your codes on the phone. Phone cracked? No worries! Make sure you bring a printed version of your ticket and we'll scan that instead.

Refunds and returns are covered under the policy of the Event Organiser, and do not limit your rights under Australian consumer law:
- All transactions are final. Refunds are only permitted under special circumstances, except as required by law.
- Any refunds will be subject to a 20% ticket handling and processing fee.
- No refunds will be available within 72 hours of the course date.
- In the case of an event cancellation or postponement, an alternative date option will be offered to the ticket holder. If the alternative date does not suit, refund requests must be applied for in writing within 14 days of the cancellation or postponement notification.
