Yes, you may checkout as a guest by simply entering your email address. However, we do suggest creating your account as it makes orders and account management easier, allows you to save items in your Wishlist, create Gift Registry, PLUS earn Rewards, and enjoy member-only benefits.
You may redeem your voucher by entering the code on the coupon code box at the checkout.
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or make amendments to an order if it has been dispatched or if it is being processed

If for any reason a product you have ordered is not available or out of stock, we will offer our deepest apologies and also refund you via the same method you paid with, or offer you a store credit to the same value, plus refund any shipping costs paid.
Items on pre-order are always stated on the product page. We give our customers the chance to pre-order an item that is not in stock by the time they are placing their order. The dispatching date/ETA of stocks will be specified on the product page, and will have a "Pre order" button.
One Fine Baby is a curated marketplace full of brands from all over Australia (and sometimes, around the world!). Because products are being shipped from different places, they may not all take the same time to reach you.
