Shangrila Chi Spa
For a truly lavish pamper session, Chi spa at the Shangri-La is perfect for any mum-to-be in need of a pregnancy pick-me-up. We love the sound of their Samadara Opulence package which focuses on the use of warm Australian healing stones and crystals to centre your body. Chi Spa also has a great selection of wellness massages, including their Deep Repair massage to relieve those pregnancy aches and pains.

The Langham
The Langham is just all about luxury, and their day spa will give you the ultimate experience in relaxation and rejuvenation. Start the day off with their signature full body exfoliation, followed by a hydrating body cocoon to leave your skin with more than just a baby glow. Finish off with a full body massage to relieve all your pregnancy pains and a luxurious mani-pedi. Book their Yummy Mummy package for just $425.

Yummy Mummy Pregnancy Day Spa
We love the luxury of Yummy Mummy’s ‘Absolute Heaven’ all-day pamper package, which includes a hot stone massage, total skin exfoliation, spa facial, reflexology and a mani-pedi. At $590 you really get your moneys worth and a guaranteed day of absolute relaxation. Yummy Mummy also offers a range of lower-priced spa days such as their ‘Top to Toe’ and ‘Essential Mama’ packages.

Bells at Killcare
Looking for a truly unique bonding session with your bump? Bell’s Marma Kodo pregnancy massage has been designed with maternity in mind – by omitting the usual pressure points and combining nourishing macadamia and camellia oils, this treatment is perfect for any mum-to-be. Who knew you could reach total body bliss in just 60 minutes!?

Peninsula Hot Springs
What we love about Peninsula Hot Springs is that, unlike a lot of spas, they’ve got a package for every trimester. Book in for an aromatic oil and desert salt exfoliation or try out their full body warm mapi mud cocoon, which gets us relaxed just thinking about it! With prices starting at just $144, there’s no excuse not to.

Some things to remember! Don’t assume that you can book in for everything; some treatments are only safe for after your first trimester. Do ensure that your therapist is qualified for specific pregnancy treatments; for example, some reflexology points can trigger pre-labour contractions. Make sure you maintain a safe temperature throughout your treatment, anything like a sauna that can raise your temp will be unsafe for you and your baby. And lastly, relax; this might be your last chance in a long while for a bit of you-time!
